Paul Dillman

Mr. Dillman brings more than 30 years of experience in global marketing, sales, and general management to Emerald. Mr. Dillman worked with Kraft Foods for 7 years, serving as Director of Strategic Planning and later General Manager of Kraft Korea. Joining Philip Morris International as Area Director, he spent 5 years there with responsibility for managing over 425 employees in packaging and licensing. He later became Deputy Group Marketing Director at Coca-Cola, responsible for marketing and sales from Korea to Indonesia and leading Centers of Excellence across the region. Mr. Dillman earned a Bachelor of Science from West Point (United States Military Academy) and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
